Re: Survey Reminder
These are certainly unprecedented times in our country as we react and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. We, like you, continue to watch the daily updates and recommendations coming from our health and government officials. Please stay safe.
In addition to responding to the current crisis, you are likely aware that we are facing some significant challenges regarding our facility. An investment will be needed in the near future to update aging building systems. In addition, the District has identified a number of potential projects to improve student learning.
While we are undoubtedly in a time of uncertainty, we do know that our school always has, and will continue to, play a critical role in our community. Therefore, we need to develop a long-term facility plan to address these needs. Because these decisions will impact our community for decades, the Board of Education is committed to finalizing a plan that reflects the priorities of our community members and taxpayers. Therefore, we are asking you to please take a few minutes to respond to this survey.
A paper version of the survey was mailed to every household in the District, and for your convenience, we have also provided a link to take the survey online. Encourage another adult (eligible to vote) in your home to take the mailed survey.
1. Go to the website: http://www.Feedback2000.com
2. Enter the access code on your paper survey
3. Complete your survey!
To collect this feedback, we are working with School Perceptions LLC, an independent firm with expertise in conducting community surveys. All survey data is returned to School Perceptions to ensure respondent anonymity. To obtain additional surveys for other adults in your household, please call the District Office at 608-625-2400.
Survey results will be presented at a School Board meeting this summer, and will also be available on the District website at www.lafarge.k12.wi.us.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey and provide valuable feedback.

Help show the Class of 2020 that the community of La Farge supports them! Because we cannot hold a traditional graduation ceremony on May 22, La Farge Schools is planning alternate ways to recognize the seniors. You may have already purchased a yard sign (thank you!)... now we are hoping to spread the recognition all the way down Main Street! Banners recognizing each senior will be displayed on the light poles downtown. However, we are looking for assistance in purchasing them. Donations may be sent to the school with the memo "Senior Banners." Those who donate will be recognized in a notice published locally. If you would prefer to remain anonymous, please note this with your donation. Any additional money collected will be used to support additional graduation activities for the class of 2020. If you have any questions, please contact Amy Lund at lunda@lafarge.k12.wi.us.
If you would still like a yard sign, please contact Patty Gabrielson at the school (608-625-2400). There are still some available!
Thank you!
